In the Tayrona Park with the family

We have been overwhelmed in the past couple days with the wedding ,guests ,planning, dinners...
We are now in a place called parque tayrona in colombia. It is a virgin beach in the middle of the mountains and is setup to be ecologically friendly. Solar powered huts over looking the ocean...we did a 45 minute hike through jungle, beach, and rock paths...
Our wedding is tomorrow and at this point, I just want to stop thinking about other people and just focus on Paula and I...
To be honest, I think that's exactly what we are going to do...its only us from here on out...thanks everyone for coming down and from now on we are going to chill and enjoy our time...the family and friends will understand!!!

A mile a minute down here

Sorry guys...I haven't written because for the past 2 days we have been trying to get all the wedding plans together...see we have a beach wedding planned for Saturday and the wedding planner that we hired back in March is on some carribean coast time and thinks that everything is going to be okay even though the food has not been selected the musicians are not ready the entertainment is lost somewhere....basically she thinks the fuckin rose petals and the priests alter is important BUT food and entertainment is second...I was literally going to tear her head off yesterday....seriously...luckily Paula has a cool temper (IN THIS CASE) and managed to separate me from her before all hell broke loose!!
All our family is flying into the resort we'll be having the wedding , so we have those things to take care of now...talkl soon

Hoy llegan los invitados

Son las 6 de la manana y ya estamos en pie, aqui uno siempre se levanta muy temprano, la gente por lo general llega a los trabajos de 7 a 7:30. La vida empieza muy temprano aca en Colombia.

Hoy llegan la mayoria de invitados osea q ya se llego la hora. No hemos parado, vueltas aqui, vueltas alla, estamos un poco estrezados pero todo el mundo dice q es normal en cualquier boda por mas sencilla q sea.

Ya llego la familia

Estamos muy contentos porq ya empezaron a llegar la familia.

Mi familia llego el dia 3 de febrero, muy contenta de ver a mis sobrinos tan grandes e inteligentes. Jeff ahora esta en el aeropuerto esperando a su madre y el resto de las personas llegaran entre el miercoles y jueves.

Siempre los matrimonios son motivos de reencuentro de las familias. Aunque nuestra boda va a ser muy pequena, van a estar las personas mas importantes para nosotros.

Esperemos y todo salga bien porq este tipo de eventos siempre trae stress, stress de q todo salga bien. No solo depende de uno dependen de muchos factores.

The morning after is always painful

Trying to nurse a hangover now...not sure if it was the rum, the aguardiente (sugar cane hard liquor) or the 12 beers;-))
Paula woke up fine..not sure how she made it without any problems this morning...she did switch to water at 4am any my last shot was at like 6am!
The partying was sick...u guys have to come down here!

Paula's mother,sister, niece and nephew just arrived from the airport...they were all coming in from Spain last night. Looks like we may have to get ready for another night of drinking, this time I'm not mixing...

Por fin una serenata de mi novio

Ayer estabamos sentados en la playa viendo el atardecer y pasaron una pareja de musicos pero de musica vieja. Jeff me dedico dos canciones.

Es muy chistoso porq los muchachos de estos tiempos no dedican serentas y mas con musica vieja. Una de lad canciones q me dedico fue "sin nos dejan" creo q es de los Panchos.
